and real Mexican flavor.
About Us
Casa Fuego is rooted in Mexican tradition, where salsa is more than a condiment—it's a way of life.
Founded by Vivian, a Mexican woman now living in the Comox Valley, Casa Fuego was born from a simple idea: to share the authentic flavors of Mexico with the local community.
Growing up in Mexico, Vivian was surrounded by the aromas of roasted chiles, fresh herbs, and homemade meals prepared with love. In Mexico, every family has its own salsa, its own level of heat, and its own story. Recipes are learned in the kitchen, passed down by taste rather than measurements, and shared around the table with family and friends.
After moving to Canada, Vivian deeply missed the flavors of home—the kind you don't find on grocery store shelves, but in family kitchens. What began as making salsa for family and friends soon grew into a passion for sharing authentic Mexican flavors with others.
Every Casa Fuego salsa is handcrafted from scratch in small batches using traditional family-inspired recipes, fresh ingredients, and authentic Mexican techniques.
Casa Fuego means House of Fire—a place where warmth, culture, and pasión come together. Every jar is an invitation to gather around the table, create memories, and experience a true taste of Mexico.
Bienvenidos a Casa Fuego!
This is Vivian's home, and now it's yours too.
