Made with fresh ingredients, family recipes,
and real Mexican flavor.
About Us
Casa Fuego is rooted in Mexican tradition, where salsa is more than a condiment — it’s a way of life.
In Mexico, every home has its own salsa, its own heat level, its own story. Recipes are learned in the kitchen, passed down by taste, not measurements, and shared around the table with family and friends. This is where Casa Fuego was born.
Casa Fuego was created by Vivian, a Mexican woman living in the Comox Valley, who grew up surrounded by the aromas of roasted chiles, fresh herbs, and homemade meals made with love. After moving to Canada, she deeply missed the flavors of home — the kind you can’t find on a shelf, only in a family kitchen.
What started as cooking for family quickly became a desire to share authentic Mexican salsas with the local community. Every Casa Fuego salsa is made from scratch in small batches, using traditional recipes and quality ingredients — no shortcuts, no artificial flavors, just real fire and real flavor.
Casa Fuego means House of Fire — a place where warmth, culture, and pasión live. These salsas are meant to be shared, enjoyed, and remembered.
Bienvenidos a Casa Fuego. This is Vivian’s home, and now it’s yours too.
